Effective May 29, 2009, the CA Secretary of State's (CA SOS) Fresno regional office will be closing to the public. The closure comes as a result of the state’s continuing budget issues, which have lead every public agency to look for means of cutting operating costs. Documents which would normally have been submitted at the Fresno office should now be submitted (via mail or in person ) to the Sacramento location (1500 11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814). Documents may also be delivered to one of the other regional offices, which can be found in San Francisco, San Diego or Los Angeles. If you need assistance with filing or retrieving public documents with the CA SOS, Parasec can help make the process seamless. For a complete list of available services and regional offices, visit CA SOS online.
