Parasec Staff Updates

Edward Noyer, director of product marketing, will take on the management of Paracorp, our registered agent division. Passionate about keeping our clients informed about industry-related developments and staying on top of the latest technological advances, Edward has made it his goal to ensure our clients continue to recieve the unparalleled professionalism they’re accustomed to.



Kevin Guse, a member of the Parasec family since 1997, has assumed the position of research analyst. Kevin’s broad-based knowledge of the legal industry and strategic thinking have helped solidify him as an invaluable asset to us and our clients. In his new role, Kevin will be assisting with product development and marketing.
